Work Environment

In this remote position, you will operate primarily from your home office while maintaining close connections with your colleagues through virtual meetings and collaborative tools. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Phoenix Behavioral Hub, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging directly with clients both in virtual settings and through community outreach initiatives, conducting thorough assessments to understand their unique needs.
• Developing integrated care plans tailored to individual client circumstances, ensuring seamless access to necessary services and comprehensive support.
• Offering a range of brief, focused interventions, including preventive measures and therapeutic services aimed at promoting recovery and emotional well-being.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and achieve better client outcomes, particularly in navigating complex cases.
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools to conduct evaluations and determining when advanced assessments are warranted.
• Actively participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to refine intervention strategies and enhance collaborative care.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on the changing needs of individuals.
• Identifying potential safety issues and reporting them promptly to maintain a supportive and secure environment for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on serving diverse populations, particularly those who are under-served and marginalized. You will work with clients grappling with serious mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Your role will be vital in providing culturally competent care that respects the traditions and backgrounds of each client, helping them navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification in Washington State.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear documentation and facilitation of care.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively while prioritizing client needs.

Preferred Experience

Preferences will be given to candidates with:

• Experience working in detox or rehabilitation settings.
• Familiarity with Integrated Care models and evidence-based practices for mental health treatment.
• Experience in developing and managing care plans that address multifaceted issues faced by clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 70,000 and 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
