Supervisor - Clinical Nursing

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Option Clinical Supervisor to oversee operations and patient care in a designated department. Responsibilities planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating clinical activities serving as a resource for staff and patients acting as a staff nurse when needed performing delegated managerial duties ensuring adherence to mission, values, and service standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure. 3-5 years hospital nursing experience. Required BLS certification (American Heart Association) or completion within 30 days. Preferred qualifications include: BSN, additional licensure or certifications, and management experience, particularly in change management. Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements necessary for nursing duties. Why join us?
