• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical RN experience; telemetry experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care within medical-surgical units, adhering to all safety and quality standards
• Float between units of similar or lower acuity as needed
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data (preferred but not required)
• Initiate IVs, perform assessments, and document in EPIC electronic health record system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in weekend and holiday shifts, rotating through scheduled hours
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical RN experience; telemetry skill preferred
• Ability to float within units as needed
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation
