We are seeking a Hospitality Service Specialist to join our team at IST Management Services in Los Angeles, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in hospitality, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Hourly Compensation: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

The Hospitality Service Specialist will work to execute all site operations pertaining to office services.

• Corporate Hospitality - including ownership of environment presentation and assistance with catering and event
• Facilities - maintaining floors and common areas throughout the office
• Inventory - monitoring supplies to ensure correct par levels for hospitality and office supplies
• Reception - greeting visitors, routing incoming calls, handling badges, validating parking and other tasks as assigned
• Reporting - maintaining an accurate and comprehensive report of activities completed
• Maintain effective written and oral communications with end users and visitors to the office

Qualifications

Eligible candidates will have related experience and exceptional communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and Internet savvy
• Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
• Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion
• Standing for long periods of time; significant walking
• Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
