The position will be located at our NG facility in Rocket Center, WV (This position is NOT REMOTE or HYBRID) just outside of Cumberland, MD. The Allegany Ballistics Laboratory (ABL) site in Rocket Center designs, develops, and manufactures tactical rocket motors, medium caliber ammunition, composite components and end items, and fuse and electronics equipment. For decades, the dedicated and highly skilled team at ABL has supported national security efforts by developing and building defense systems for DoD customers and U.S. allies.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Strategic planning, reporting, and analysis of key financial metrics (Sales, Margin, Cash, Awards). Includes quarterly Estimate-at-Complete (EAC) contract profitability assessment, cash flow/balance sheet management, risk and opportunity assessmentSupport monthly and quarterly financial deliverables and analysisSupport development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) through collaboration with Business and Program ManagementPerform ad-hoc exercises for financial impact/profitability analysisCollaborative work style: ability to interface with different functions and levels of leadership both within and outside of the BUOperate in a dynamic environment with competing priorities, while maintaining attention to detailOther duties as assignedThis position can be filled at either a Level 2 or Level 3.Basic Qualifications for Level 2:Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience in Accounting, Business, Finance, (or related field) – OR – Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
