Will consider high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 7 years of experience and knowledge of progressive experience in finance. Bachelor's degree with 3 years or Master's degree with 0 years of experience and knowledge of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance or related fieldSuccessful candidate will have proficiency in the following competencies: Manages Complexity, Action Oriented, Communicates effectively, Plans and aligns, Situational adaptabilityMust be a US citizenBe able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)Basic Requirements Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3):This position emphasizes skills and experience. Will consider high school diploma or equivalent (GED) with at least 9 years of experience and knowledge of progressive experience in finance. Bachelor's degree with 5 years or Master's degree with 3 years of experience and knowledge of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance or related fieldSuccessful candidate will have proficiency in the following competencies: Manages Complexity, Action Oriented, Communicates effectively, Plans and aligns, Situational adaptabilityMust be a US citizenBe able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)Preferred Requirements:Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills is highly preferred.Analytical skillsPresentation skillsOrganizational/Time Management skills and ability to multitaskSelf-motivated and works well in team environmentExperience with Earned Value Management System reportingPrimary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
