Quality Inspector (1st Shift)

We're hiring a Quality Inspector to support product quality and inspection activities in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and related tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings (blue prints and GD and T).
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify product quality.
• Read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Document inspection results and quality findings.

Preferred

• Experience in electronics, electromechanical, or precision manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with first article inspections and quality documentation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, IL.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
