Description

You Are:

• An experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk, ideally experienced in the Construction/Trades space. Good with people and comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and clients.

You Have: 

• A detail-oriented approach to your work, a steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, and Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:

• In-Person for first 3 months, with potential for 1-2 days remote/week therafter
• 1097 Jupiter Park Ln Ste 3, Jupiter, FL 33458

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm

Your Manager: 

• Controller

• Prepare and manage milestone/progress billing and AIA pay applications (G702/G703) for AV projects
• Own the AR process - post payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Prepare lien waivers, NTOs, and compliance documentation
• Resolve billing discrepancies and client payment inquiries
• Generate AR reports and support month-end/year-end close, plus general admin support to ownership

• +2yrs accounts receivable or construction billing
• Hands-on AIA billing experience (preparing, submitting, and following up on payment applications)
• Familiarity with milestone billing and understanding of schedules of values
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
