About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to take the lead in managing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving demand generation programs, creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns, and expanding brand awareness in the healthcare payments and revenue cycle management space. This role requires a focus on streamlining processes to minimize time and costs associated with payment processing, as well as the ability to handle electronic remittance advice efficiently. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with managing the company's website, social media presence, and traditional media relations, and will be expected to lead and mentor a junior marketing team member. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B marketing, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare payments or revenue cycle management technology. The role demands a proven track record in building and scaling demand generation programs for B2B SaaS companies, particularly in high-growth, VC-backed, early-stage environments. A strong understanding of revenue cycle management and healthcare provider workflows is essential, as is hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern marketing automation tools. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a high comfort level in educating internal stakeholders on marketing strategies and best practices.
