Job Details Location: Columbia Heights, MN 55421. Salary Range: $20.00 – $25.00 hourly. Position: Assisted Living Caregiver at River Oaks of Minnesota. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CAREGIVER (RA/CNA/TMA) Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and dietary needs. Administering medications and ensuring proper documentation in compliance with healthcare standards. Providing individualized physical and mental support to preserve residents’ dignity and promote well‑being. Performing light housekeeping tasks when time allows, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment. Communicating residents’ health status with medical personnel and maintaining accurate documentation.
