Job Summary:
The Team Leader establishes, administers, and directs the Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) program, a self-contained intergrated multidisciplinary team providing comphrensive, intensive,
community based treatment to individuals with severe, persistent mental health disorders.
The Team Leader supervises and evaluates the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program participants; and functions as a practicing clinician on the team.
