Job Description No insurance experience required. We can teach insurance. We can't teach attitude, ownership, and work ethic. About the Role We are not looking for a traditional insurance CSR. We are looking for someone who can help a growing agency provide an exceptional client experience while helping create opportunities for growth. This role is a combination of client service, onboarding, relationship building, organization, and appointment setting. The right person will help make sure clients are taken care of, tasks are completed on time, opportunities are not missed, and the agency runs smoothly. Most importantly, this role helps free the agency owner to focus on helping more clients and growing the business. WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER.
