Desktop Support Technician

No third party of C2C candidates will be considered. Alexander Technology Group is partnering with a healthcare client in Portland, Maine, looking to hire a Desktop Support Technician for a 6-month contract. Role Overview This position provides Level 1 desktop and end-user support in an on-site healthcare environment. Responsibilities include handling walk-in IT requests, imaging laptops and desktops, installing software and updates, setting up workstations, and troubleshooting common desktop issues. Note: This role does not involve phone support. A laptop is provided, and no driving is required. Required Qualifications Some IT or desktop support experience (as little as 6+ months acceptable) Ability to multitask and manage a ticket queue effectively Comfortable working onsite in a healthcare setting Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft Office, or device provisioning Experience in imaging computers and supporting end users onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr Alexander Technology Group
