Materials Planning Manager

Description

The Manager of Materials & Planning is responsible for overseeing materials planning, purchasing, inventory control, production scheduling, and supplier coordination to ensure manufacturing operations run efficiently. This role supports on-time production and customer delivery by managing material availability, ERP/MRP accuracy, outsourced manufacturing partners, and cross-functional communication between Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, purchasing, inventory, or manufacturing operations,

• Electronics or component-based manufacturing

• Lean Manufacturing, outsourced manufacturing coordination

• ECO/EO experience, ERP/MRP accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field

• APICS/CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $72.00/hr.
