About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to play a pivotal role in the organization's evolution. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the executive team, leading all HR functions and ensuring that the company's people strategies align with its business objectives. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture. The role also involves leading change management initiatives, workforce planning, and ensuring HR operations are efficient and compliant with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree or HR certification preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience. The Vice President of Human Resources at the company will be instrumental in building and cultivating a workforce that is capable of driving the business forward. They will be expected to have a strong background in all HR disciplines, with a proven track record in leading organizational transformation and using data to inform decisions. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to partner with executive leadership to develop organizational capability and drive business results. Experience in a multi-unit, franchise, retail, healthcare, or service-oriented organization is also preferred. The role requires a leader who is passionate about creating an environment where people and performance thrive together and who can mentor and develop a high-performing HR team.
