Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Waterjet Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating CNC waterjet equipment while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC waterjet machines in a safe and efficient manner
• Load and unload materials and programs from the server
• Monitor equipment to ensure optimal performance and productivity
• Read, follow, and comply with all work instructions
• Collaborate with shear and deburring operators as needed
• Uphold all ISO and OSHA standards
• Use measuring devices to verify parts meet required specifications
• Interpret tolerances, including +/-.005
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
• Utilize basic computer skills to support operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience operating CNC or waterjet machinery preferred
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Basic shop math skills and understanding of tolerances
• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
