Lead Conversational AI Engineer

Championing the responsible adoption of conversational AI, the full-time Lead Conversational AI Engineer will design and implement AI solutions, establish governance standards, and optimize performance in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of conversational AI solutions, workflows, and integrations Establish governance controls, standards, and operational practices for conversational AI solutions Define and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in conversational AI, software engineering, or related fields 4+ years of experience working with conversational AI platforms 4+ years of hands-on JavaScript experience Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, APIs, and system integrations
