As a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in empowering patients to regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Work Environment

This role offers an onsite work setting within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). By providing a supportive environment, we aim to cultivate professional growth while delivering top-tier rehabilitation services. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and establish rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a steady caseload, efficiently treating one patient per hour, ensuring individualized attention and progress tracking.
• Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Administer cost-effective treatments that enhance patient mobility and functionality, minimizing reliance on medications and surgical interventions.
• Instruct and guide patients through tailored exercise regimens to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Motivate and educate patients on the importance of maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle throughout their recovery.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals—including physicians, occupational therapists, and PTAs—to optimize patient care and coordinate comprehensive treatment.
• Document patient progress meticulously and regularly assess the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our Morristown facility, you will work primarily with orthopedic patients who are recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Our client base consists mainly of individuals covered by private medical insurance, all seeking personalized treatment that aligns with their rehabilitation goals. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing their movement capabilities and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Active and clean licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong foundational knowledge and demonstrated skill in manual therapy techniques.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, especially WebPT, is preferred.
• Ability to create and implement tailored exercise programs based on individual patient assessments.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly valued.
• Proficiency in treating a diverse patient population and adapting treatment approaches to meet varying needs.
• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration within a healthcare environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
