At our clinic, you will join a collaborative team of professionals, including two fellow Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant, all committed to exceptional patient outcomes.

Work Environment

Our clinic operates onsite from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm. The clinic is equipped with the latest therapeutic equipment and technology, creating a conducive environment for physical rehabilitation. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will interact daily with patients in a supportive and dynamic atmosphere, allowing for professional growth and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments to identify goals and needs, developing tailored treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain a patient caseload of one individual per hour to ensure each patient receives focused, quality care.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Work to reduce the need for medications by introducing non-surgical alternatives and lifestyle modifications.
• Document patient care services comprehensively, tracking progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effects, maintaining open lines of communication with patients and their families.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT or similar platforms, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a patient-centric focus.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• A strong background in sports medicine and rehabilitation techniques will enhance candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
