Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including history taking, functional assessments, and physical examinations to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, therapeutic exercises, and manual techniques to address mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility issues stemming from orthopedic conditions.
• Engage in the clinical instruction of interns and students, providing mentorship and fostering a learning-oriented environment.
• Present at least one in-service training annually to share knowledge and best practices with team members, enhancing the clinical skills within our facility.
• Collaborate with the clinic manager to initiate clinical research projects that contribute to advancements in orthopedic therapy.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring HIPAA compliance and continuity of care within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions related to the musculoskeletal system. You will apply your expertise to assess needs, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and work closely with patients to motivate and guide them through their recovery journey. Your focus will be on restoring function and enhancing the overall well-being of each patient, addressing both physical and emotional aspects of recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a valid and active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong clinical expertise in managing a variety of orthopedic conditions, preferably with a focus on outpatient settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective patient engagement and collaboration with team members.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
