Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients recovering from various injuries, surgeries, and medical conditions, identifying their unique needs and establishing evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize a multidimensional approach to therapy, incorporating a blend of exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and state-of-the-art equipment to relieve pain and restore mobility.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs that are flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of patients as they progress towards their therapeutic goals.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting treatments, outcomes, and necessary modifications to ensure optimal recovery.
• Engage with patients, families, and caregivers, providing education and training on the use of assistive devices, exercise techniques, and self-management strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and practices through continuing education opportunities, such as workshops and professional networking, to maintain a high standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive salary of USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, complemented by a robust benefits package.
