PT New Generation LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our well-equipped rehabilitation center in Woodbridge, offering a collaborative and dynamic work atmosphere. Our facility is designed to provide a welcoming space for both patients and staff, encouraging teamwork and communication across various disciplines. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess their physical therapy needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment approaches.
• Develop tailored treatment plans for each patient, incorporating their unique goals, abilities, and challenges, and modifying these plans as necessary based on reassessment findings.
• Document patient progress meticulously using the company's electronic medical records system, including SOAP notes, care plans, and progress summaries, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding the recovery process, including potential challenges and strategies for overcoming them.
• Meet or exceed utilization rates and business objectives, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of our services.
• Engage collaboratively with colleagues across various therapy disciplines to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients receiving multiple services.
• Promote and embody the core organizational values of PT New Generation LLC, serving as a champion for a culture of excellence in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults from various backgrounds with different diagnoses. Your role will involve adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of each individual, showing particular sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by patients of varying ages, races, and ethnicities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted licensure in the state of New Jersey, as mandated by the Board of Physical Therapy.
• Willingness to perform assessments and treatments in both in-person and potential telehealth settings, as clinically appropriate.
• A strong passion for working with a wide range of patients, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
