Your role will be primarily onsite, allowing for direct engagement with your patients as you guide them through their rehabilitation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services in an outpatient clinical setting, focusing on orthopedic conditions.
• Conduct thorough evaluations, assess patient needs, explain findings in a comprehensible manner, and develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.
• Preplan each treatment session meticulously to optimize therapeutic flow and efficacy.
• Utilize a blend of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education to enhance patient recovery and strength.
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate findings with the healthcare team to facilitate collaborative care.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and practices in orthopedics to continuously refine and elevate your clinical skills and therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients who are recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. We serve a diverse patient population, ranging from athletes seeking to return to sports to adults requiring rehabilitation after joint replacement. You will play an essential role in not only treating injuries but also in providing education on injury prevention and long-term wellness strategies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain licensure before starting.
• A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of patients through physiotherapy.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic settings.
• Demonstrated ability to create effective strength and conditioning programs that support rehabilitation efforts.
• Certification in CPR is preferred to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients.

Compensation and Benefits
