This full-time position primarily requires onsite presence at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, where you will play a vital role in the recovery and rehabilitation of patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, and develop treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress closely, documenting treatment effects and modifying rehabilitation strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their family members about exercises, treatments, and assistive devices, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in physical therapy by participating in workshops and engaging in professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Aspire Care, we cater to a diverse range of patients, including children with developmental delays, adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical patients, and individuals managing chronic pain. You will have the opportunity to implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing your expertise to guide each patient toward achieving their rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and the healthcare team.
• Ability to efficiently use basic office software and electronic health records.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Highly flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation center or home health environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of assistive devices and their application for self-care and ambulation.
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of $100,000 – $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
