Account Representative / Appointment Setter

Pay: $19/hr + Uncapped Bonuses (Up to $60K+)

Location: Hybrid (In-office weekdays, remote on weekends)

Overview We are seeking driven and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Account Representative .

In this role, you will engage with customers, qualify their needs, and schedule in-home product demonstrations. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong earning potential and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule customer appointments
• Qualify leads by identifying needs and confirming appointment readiness
• Follow structured call scripts while maintaining a natural, professional tone
• Address objections and confidently secure appointments
• Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of sales, collections, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented, metrics-driven environment
• Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems
• Reliable internet connection and workspace for remote work

Schedule & Training

• Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• One weekend day required (remote)
• Two weeks of paid, in-office training (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Growth Opportunities

High-performing employees may transition into permanent roles and advance into operations, scheduling optimization, or support teams within their first year. Upon permanent hire, compensation transitions to a base rate plus commission (average earnings exceed $22/hour).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, TX.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
