Part Time/PRN Receptionist

• Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members

• Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the facility in a professional and friendly manner.

• Follow emergency protocol to avoid elopement of residents that are not to leave the facility without supervision.

• Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents

• Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution

• Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels

• Forward incoming general e-mails to the appropriate staff members

• Forward voice mail/phone calls to the appropriate staff members

• Assist with financial reports as required

• Month end duties as required

• Meet with Administrator and direct manager to prepare meeting agendas and supporting material as directed.
