A competitive pay rate between $50 and $60 an hour reflects the significance of your contribution.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and track progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy for children with a range of speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teams
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver direct and consultative services as required throughout the school year
