Account Sales Representative
Natera
Natera seeks an Associate Sales Representative for its Women's Health team in the Atlanta territory. The role involves managing accounts, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth while partnering with a senior field specialist in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned territory sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Develop expertise in Women's Health products and associated services
- Conduct effective sales calls using structured processes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Business acumen and problem-solving ability
- Competitive drive and self-motivation
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance (Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute)
