• Thursday- Sunday Shift, 7am-6pm
• This is not a remote position, completely in office.

What You’ll Do

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
• 75% of this position will be outbounding phone calls
• Escalate customer complaints as necessary
• Make outbound calls based on membership needs and follow up on existing customers
• Make service appointments and input customer data into database
• Achieve call booking goals and other key performance indicators (Hello bonuses!)

Requirements

• 2-3 years in a call center environment
• 2 years customer service experience
• Highly motivated and organized
• Sales mentality a plus!
• Service Titan experience a plus! (But not required!)
