As a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. The Global Sales Enablement (GSE) team sits within our Global Payment Network organization and drives execution by managing the tools, reporting frameworks, and performance processes that support Sales. GSE captures and standardizes portfolio and pipeline data, delivers visibility into performance, and reduces operational friction through automation and governance. Our work ensures sales leaders have the insights needed to make data‑driven decisions that accelerate growth and improve execution discipline. General Responsibilities Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and make strategic or tactical recommendations. Perform modeling and analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies for various lending products. Support direct‑to‑consumer marketing efforts and strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel; build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences and breakthrough technology. Support step‑change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis. Involve problem frameworks, develop hypotheses, test and analyze, develop solutions, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts, and develop a monitoring plan. Work closely with colleagues across Capital One, including IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability. Demonstrate a proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics, with strong quantitative orientation. Show strong business judgment, leadership, integrity, and a tenacious decision‑making approach that balances risk and growth. Maintain impeccable written and oral communication skills, strategic influencing, and negotiation abilities. Display intense focus on achieving short and long‑term goals, driving and executing an agenda in uncertain and fluid environments. Have a successful track record of thriving in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment; prior consulting experience is a plus. Basic Qualifications At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis. Currently has or is in the process of obtaining one of the following degrees, obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field). A Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business or a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering. 1+ years of experience in statistical model building. 1+ years of experience in market research.

Annual salary ranges (full‑time) by location: Chicago, IL: $101,100 – $115,400 McLean, VA: $111,200 – $126,900 New York, NY: $121,300 – $138,400 Richmond, VA: $101,100 – $115,400 Riverwoods, IL: $101,100 – $115,400 This role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
