Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established protocols with precision.
• Interpret results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Keep detailed records of all procedures, mentor new team members, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a sterile and safe work environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your time with us.
