• Conduct a myriad of essential and specialized laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry to hematology and immunology, following established protocols.
• Evaluate results meticulously for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine calibration and maintenance on lab equipment.
• Assist in the collection and preparation of samples, ensuring they meet testing requirements.
• Keep detailed records of procedures, mentor new team members or interns, and uphold stringent quality management standards.
• Prioritize a safe, clean work environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain certification throughout your tenure with us.
