Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse in en_US This position involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients within a healthcare facility. The NICU nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality, family-centered care to critically ill newborns in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical protocols. Job Details Position Description: Responsible for caring for neonatal patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, maintaining a safe, sterile, and supportive environment while implementing nursing care plans. Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience; Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided); Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience. Schedule: Nights shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care within the last ten years is preferred. ACLS certification is also required. Certification Requirements: Must have a valid Registered Nurse License in the state where care will be provided, BLS certification, and NRP certification. Submission Requirements: Candidates must meet all listed qualifications and hold current certifications prior to start date.
