Job Summary A growing staffing and employment services team in Sandy, UT is seeking a driven Staffing Consultant for a direct hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities Prospect, identify, and win new client accounts through outbound calls, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development strategies. Meet with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand staffing challenges and recommend tailored workforce solutions. Negotiate pricing, placement terms, margins, and service expectations with new and existing clients. Recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to client job openings. Manage client relationships to drive repeat business, account growth, and long-term partnerships. Track sales activity, pipeline progress, recruiting efforts, and performance metrics in alignment with business goals. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Salary: $50,000 per year.
