Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

To drive financial performance and strategic decision-making, the full-time Senior Manager, Financial Planning will lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while working remotely and collaborating with business leaders to provide financial insights. Key responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Own and maintain the company's 13-week cash flow forecast Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive presentations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 7+ years of progressive Finance, Accounting, or FP&A experience Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Proven expertise in building sophisticated three-statement financial models Advanced Excel skills; NetSuite experience is an asset
