Learn how we will invest in your success today!Job Responsibilities:Direct and schedule the activities of the Body ShopEstablish and maintain good working relationships with several insurance adjustersTrain, motivate, and monitor the performance of all "Body Shop staff," ensuring personnel have a thorough understanding of their duties and responsibilitiesPresent self as a role model by demonstrating leadership and commitment to the customer, dealership, and manufacturerTake the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstaclesManage Technician productivityPrioritize work to ensure that deadlines are metEffective vehicle production and inventory controlUnderstand, keep up to date with and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect Body Shop operations such as hazardous waste disposal.
