Doorkeeper Properties is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Residential Property Management Assistant to help support our day-to-day property management operations and provide a great experience for our residents. What You’ll Do Location: Denver Metro Area Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week Pay: $22/hour, depending on experience Doorkeeper Properties is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Residential Property Management Assistant to help support our day-to-day property management operations and provide a great experience for our residents. What You’ll Do Handle administrative tasks, data entry, documents, correspondence, and record keeping Respond to resident calls, emails, and requests with professionalism and care Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including appointments and resident support Manage the recovery, organization, and secure handoff of property keys Conduct property tours and showings for prospective residents Help keep daily property management operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, friendly, professional, and reliable .
