About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a pivotal figure in the organization, responsible for the strategic financial management that supports the company's long-term goals and priorities. This role involves overseeing a wide array of financial functions, including financial management and reporting, accounting, budgeting, investments, purchasing, payroll, and cash management services. The successful candidate will be tasked with planning, organizing, and directing all activities of the finance department, as well as developing and implementing departmental goals, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. The ideal Chief Financial Officer for the company will be an innovative and forward-thinking professional, capable of leading the organization through a period of growth and investment. The role demands a strategic and collaborative approach, particularly in the creative management of new funding sources. The CFO will work closely with the City Manager and other executive leaders to strengthen infrastructure, enhance services, and make meaningful investments in the community's future.
