Recall Coordinator Dental Office

Position: Recall Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing patients to schedule follow-up and recall appointments

• Engage patients in friendly, informative conversations about their oral health and the importance of regular dental care

• Maintain and update recall systems and appointment logs

• Collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure smooth scheduling

• Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person

Qualifications:

• Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)

• Prior Dental office experience needed
  
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence

• Organized, proactive, and dependable

• Ability to build positive relationships with patients and educate them about their dental health
