Dental Office Treatment Coordinator
Estheticare Dental Consultant Pc
We are looking for an enthusiastic, upbeat, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team! If you love working with people and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, we’d love to meet you.
Position: Treatment Coordinator Schedule: Part-Time (with potential to transition to Full-Time) Requirements:
Bilingual – English/Spanish (fluent)
Dental office experience is required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
Ability to explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
Responsibilities Include:
Presenting and coordinating dental treatment plans
Communicating effectively with patients regarding procedures, scheduling, and finances
Providing outstanding customer service and patient support
Working closely with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience
