Global Sales Compensation Policy & Governance Lead

Workday, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Compensation Policy and Governance Principal to own the global policy framework for the Sales Compensation Plan General Terms and Conditions. This role partners with Legal, Finance, People & Purpose, and Sales Operations to ensure policies are defensible and compliant across regions. You will lead the Compensation Exception Committee, manage governance cycles, and provide clear reporting on exception trends to leadership, while translating policy #J-18808-Ljbffr Workday, Inc.
