Licensed Master Social Worker

Therapist PositionWe’re currently looking for an LMSW or LCSW to join our team and provide therapy services to a diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, children, and families. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting individuals with complex needs such as serious mental illness, substance use, justice system involvement, and/or homelessness. Familiarity with community resources for underserved populations is a plus.Key Responsibilities:• Deliver individual, group, or family therapy sessions• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with OMH standards• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals• Participate in clinical supervision (provided if needed)Qualifications:• Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution• LMSW or LCSW required (licensure must be current and in good standing)• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; experience with adolescents or substance use is a plus• Eligible for clinical supervision and hours toward licensureIf you're passionate about providing accessible mental health care and looking to grow professionally in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
