About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Go-to-Market for its AI Care solution, which is at the forefront of redefining healthcare delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the market fully understands the unique value proposition of the AI Care model. This role is pivotal in making the difference between the company's offerings and those of competitors clear, evidenced, and tangible. The Head of Go-to-Market will be tasked with building a compelling narrative, positioning, and differentiation strategy that resonates with a global workforce. This includes creating buyer-specific messaging, competitive battle cards, and ROI frameworks, as well as training and enabling the commercial team to effectively communicate the value of the product. Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in product marketing and/or go-to-market strategy, with a strong background in positioning and competitive strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working cross-functionally with sales and customer success, and of building competitive intelligence from the ground up. A deep understanding of AI and its application in a commercial setting is essential, as is the ability to think critically and strategically. The role requires a close connection to the field, with experience in sales enablement and a focus on real-time market feedback. While experience in healthcare or digital health is a plus, it is not a requirement, as the company values craft and the ability to learn market knowledge.
