About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead a significant transformation and growth phase. The successful candidate will be the first marketing leader, with the opportunity to build and scale the marketing engine from the ground up. This role is pivotal in the company's evolution from a product-focused to an education-first model, with a strong emphasis on positioning as an authority in the wellness category. Key responsibilities include architecting and executing acquisition and growth strategies, relaunching affiliate and influencer programs, and owning the go-to-market for a flagship course. The role demands a strategic thinker, data-driven yet creative, and a passion for transformation marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling brands, deep expertise in various marketing disciplines, and a genuine interest in health and wellness. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on DTC or consumer brands, particularly in the health and wellness sector. The role requires a leader with a hands-on approach, experience in paid acquisition, SEO, content marketing, and CRO, as well as a background in email/SMS marketing and automation. A successful candidate will have a history of launching and scaling influencer, affiliate, or referral programs, and experience in launching digital products or courses.
