What You’ll Do As a Solar Sales Consultant, you’ll work directly with homeowners to educate them about solar and help them determine whether a solar solution makes sense for their home and goals. Your responsibilities will include: Educating homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy Conducting engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations Recommending customized solar solutions based on property design, energy usage, and homeowner goals Building strong relationships and earning customer trust Guiding homeowners through the sales and decision-making process Closing deals with professionalism, clarity, and integrity Developing your sales and industry expertise through Spartan’s training and leadership development programs What We’re Looking For You don't have to have years of solar experience to succeed here. We're looking for people who are motivated, coachable, and serious about growing their skills and income. You’ll be a strong fit if you have: Sales experience or experience in a customer-facing or technical support role Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks The ability to work independently and travel to client locations A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset A desire to grow professionally and build long-term earning potential A commitment to treating customers with professionalism and integrity Your earning potential is uncapped.
