About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Manufacturing Quality to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in quality management, manufacturing, and technical fields. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and driving quality initiatives across all manufacturing operations to ensure the highest standards of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. The Vice President will be responsible for leading the quality organization, championing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. A key aspect of the role is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and to collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and growth. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or a related technical field, with a master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in quality, manufacturing, or technical roles, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within a large, global organization, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and leading quality initiatives, risk management, and continuous improvement in a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and to interact with customers and regulatory agencies. The role demands a candidate with a strong technical acumen in manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements, and a deep understanding of advanced quality tools and methodologies.
