Material Movement Operator
Zentech Manufacturing I
Zentech Manufacturing is currently looking for a Material Movement Operator to work in our Bloomington, IL location. This position is considered an entry level role in a electronics manufacturing environment.
The Surface Mount Loader( Material Movement Operator) is responsible for loading components into trays in preparation for placement on Printed Circuit Boards. Inspect and verify components are correct per data sheet and customer specifications.
• Load components in feeders
• Prep jobs for SMT lines
• Create serial labels for jobs
• Unload jobs after SMT run
• Verify incoming kits
• Label boards and perform any prep before SMT runs Position Qualifications
• HS Diploma/GED
• Able to read and comprehend instructions and ability to read schematics
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Detail oriented
• Team player Physical Demands: While performing these duties, the employee is required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, reach with hand, and arm, and talk or hear. Employee may be required to lift to 50 lbs.
