Neighborhood Sushi brings together the precision of Japanese technique, the bold influence of Texas flavors, and the warmth of Austin hospitality — all within a casually refined, beautifully designed space built for gathering.
This is an approachable yet elevated sushi experience where tradition and creativity meet.
Guests can expect:
Classic nigiri in pristine cuts of Japanese Red Snapper, Sea Bream, and Japanese Uni
Texas-inspired vegetarian preparations like Sweet Corn topped with togarashi and serrano
Specialty bites such as the Caviar Oyster with uni, salmon roe, and sake ponzu
Inventive rolls and hand rolls, including Fluke with tempura yam and almonds, and Tempura Shrimp layered with Big Eye tuna and avocado
Fresh, light soups, salads, and small plates rooted in traditional sushi bar inspirations
A Congress-facing Sake Garden serving crispy seafood and local vegetable tempura
Neighborhood Sushi delivers a dining experience that feels vibrant, polished, and welcoming — perfect for celebrations, date nights, or an elevated evening out.
As we open our Dallas location, we are looking to add a full-time Sushi Chef to our team. Experience is preferred but not required. New team members will begin on the maki station with opportunities to grow.
