Position Summary

A growing organization is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support a high-volume operational team. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing schedules, coordinating moving pieces, solving logistical challenges, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee schedules and assignments
• Build and maintain rotation schedules
• Monitor staffing needs and adjust schedules as priorities change
• Respond to scheduling requests, time-off requests, and staffing changes
• Partner with internal teams to ensure appropriate coverage
• Maintain accurate scheduling and personnel records
• Communicate schedule updates and staffing changes to key stakeholders
• Assist with additional operational and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of scheduling, dispatch, administrative, operations, or workforce coordination experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
