Restaurant Shift Manager Position Summary:

The Shift Manager's primary responsibility is to be a role model working with team members, peers and management staff to ensure productive shifts.

Assisting the management team in all aspects of the daily shift operations.

Accountability ensuring correct procedures for opening and closing restaurants.

Accountability for proper cash handling procedures.

Must have the ability to be "Vocal and Gracious".

Experience:

One year (preferred).

Previous leadership experience.

Requirements :

Valid photo ID.

Reliable transportation.

Must be available to work 5 to 10 hour shifts.

Full-Time.

Flexible Schedule.

Available to work multiple locations.

Ability to lead, teach and coach all staff during operational hours.
